Markus Heeb is an experienced Property Manager with a notable career spanning several reputable companies, including Aedifica NV/SA since January 2022, Tishman Speyer, and JLL. Heeb has managed residential real estate portfolios, condominium properties, and provided key account management services. As part of an advisory service role at NIRAS Development Consulting, Heeb focused on enhancing efficiency in Property & Facility Management and contributed to significant projects in Ukraine. Additionally, Heeb has shared expertise as a guest lecturer on various topics related to real estate management at prestigious institutions such as the Russian Presidential Academy of National Economy and Public Administration and the National Academy of Public Administration of Ukraine.
