Eneko Mardones Perez currently serves as the R&D Manager at AEG Power Solutions, where responsibilities include managing R&D efforts across Vitoria and Tours while promoting continuous improvement in product development efficiency. Prior experience includes over two decades at Zigor Corporación, where Eneko held multiple leadership roles, such as Chief Technical Officer, Director of Innovation, and Director of Strategic Innovation Projects. In these capacities, Eneko coordinated technical divisions, led multidisciplinary teams, and managed the development of energy conversion systems. Education includes a degree in Telecommunications Engineering from E.T.S.I.I y T. obtained from 1993 to 1999.
