Libby Tovar

Libby Tovar serves as the Chief Operating Officer at Aegis Administration since December 2022, leading strategic initiatives to optimize operations and enhance customer service for home warranty and vehicle service contract offerings. Prior to this role, Libby held the position of Chief Financial Officer at Aegis Home Protection for a brief period and spent fourteen years at Marathon Group in various capacities, including Senior Data Analyst and IT Specialist, where responsibilities involved coordinating operations and handling financial processes. Additionally, Libby has experience as a Bilingual Assistant Customer Service Manager and a Bilingual Customer Service Manager at Papillon Communications and Direct4U, respectively, demonstrating strong leadership in customer service. Libby began career experiences with the St. Louis Cardinals in guest relations. Educationally, Libby holds a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Leadership and Technology from Saint Louis University.
