Owen Barnes

Owen Barnes is an experienced professional in service design and business architecture, currently serving as the Head of Service Design at Aegon since June 2017. With a strong background in business analysis and systems consultancy, Owen has held various roles including Business Architect and Lead Analyst at Aegon, where responsibilities included leading teams and architecting future solutions. Prior experience includes positions at Legal & General, Cofunds, Logica, and Aon, focusing on system enhancements, functional design, and integration within financial services. Owen holds an MA in Philosophy from UCL and a Bachelor's Degree in Social Psychology from Loughborough University.
