Howard T. Slayen

Howard Slayen has extensive experience in corporate governance and financial oversight, currently serving as Audit Committee Chair and a member of the Board of Directors at Aehr Test Systems since November 2008. Slayen has been a Director and Treasurer for Child Advocates of Silicon Valley since 2006. Previous leadership roles include Chair of the Board of Directors at Aharoni & Steele, Inc. and Audit Committee Chair at Lantronix and Netopia. Slayen's career at PricewaterhouseCoopers and Coopers & Lybrand spanned from 1968 to 1999, culminating in the role of Partner. Educational qualifications include a J.D. from University of California, Berkeley - School of Law and a B.A. in Economics & Accounting from Claremont McKenna College.
