Andrew Turley

Andrew Turley is a seasoned professional in the energy market sector, currently serving as the Group Manager - Forecasting at the Australian Energy Market Operator (AEMO) since October 2016. Andrew has held various leadership positions within AEMO, including Acting Group Manager - Forecasting and Manager - Integrated Energy Systems. Prior to AEMO, Andrew was a Senior Manager at EY, where responsibilities included leading a diverse team to provide market forecasting services to clients within the power and utilities sector. Andrew's career began at ROAM Consulting, where a decade was spent in roles including Principal - Market Modelling and Senior Analyst, focusing on medium and long-term forecasting for the Australian National Electricity Market. Andrew holds dual Bachelor's degrees in Commerce and Information Technology from The University of Queensland, completed between 2000 and 2004.
