Skander Rollet

Skander Rollet currently serves as the Development and Production Director at Aenitis Technologies, leading the development strategy and managing a multidisciplinary team of engineers while participating in the executive committee. Previously, Rollet worked at Pall Life Sciences as a Senior R&D Engineer, focusing on new product development for bioreactors and 3D bags, and leading projects for bioreactor improvements. Additional experience includes roles as Production Manager at Société mécanique de LHERS, Production Supervisor at Carrier France, and multiple positions at RECAERO SAS, where contributions spanned manufacturing operations and continuous improvement initiatives. Rollet began a career in engineering with a degree in mechanical production and maintenance from Arts et Métiers.
