Alexandra Bolchi

Alexandra Bolchi serves as a Knowledge Manager at Aera Technology since February 2022, where responsibilities include conducting market research, driving platform development, coordinating Knowledge Centred Support adoption, creating training materials, and optimizing knowledge management processes. Prior to this role, Alexandra spent nearly nine years at Accenture in various managerial positions, leading service delivery operations in finance and accounting processes, managing large teams, and overseeing client relationships. Alexandra holds a Licentiate degree in Business Administration and Management from Titu Maiorescu University, along with several certifications in project management and personal development.
