Cassandra Faerber is an experienced executive assistant and operations leader with a diverse background in supporting C-suite executives and managing high-level administrative functions. Currently serving as the Executive Assistant to the CEO and CRO at Aera Technology since November 2023, Cassandra previously held multiple roles at Andreessen Horowitz from September 2016 to January 2023, including Team Lead for the Executive Briefing Center, where responsibilities encompassed recruitment, training, and optimizing executive engagements for Fortune 500 clients.
