Omar Blayton

Omar Blayton has extensive experience in finance and renewable energy, currently serving as a Board Member for Aeris Insight Inc. and SEBANE, as well as the Chief Financial Officer for Sunwealth since May 2017. Previously, Omar held positions including Managing Director at Innova Energy Partners and Vice President at both Greenskies Renewable Energy LLC and Reznick Capital Markets. Additionally, Omar worked as an Associate in the Leveraged Finance Group at Bank of America Merrill Lynch and in the Finance Practice at Reed Smith LLP. Educational achievements include an MBA in Finance from The Wharton School, a JD from Columbia Law School, and a BA in Political Science and Government from Cornell University.
