Daman Bains

Daman Bains serves as the Recruiting Practice Lead for the Construction Division at Aerotek since September 2018, managing a team of five recruiters and overseeing key accounts while specializing in placing professionals with expertise in project management and various construction trades. Prior to this role, Daman Bains held positions at Texcan as Account Recruiting Manager and Recruiter within the Major Projects Division, and completed a business consulting project for London Drugs as a Student Consultant. Daman Bains is also a former mentee in the Leaders of Tomorrow program at the Greater Vancouver Board of Trade. Educational credentials include a Bachelor of Business Administration and a Diploma in Operations Management from the British Columbia Institute of Technology.
