Jim Ridgeway

Jim Ridgeway is an experienced information engineer currently serving as a DBA for Dayton Power and Light's Energy Services and NERC databases since February 2010. Previous roles include System and Application DBA, where Jim administered five Oracle 10g databases and facilitated the conversion of production databases from Windows to Linux. Additionally, Jim has contributed to the Boy Scouts of America as a Scoutmaster since 2000. Jim held positions at Procter & Gamble from June 2006 to May 2009, including Systems Manager and Application DBA, overseeing over 115 Oracle databases for FDA submissions. Prior experience at P&G Pharmaceuticals from June 1994 to June 2006 included roles as Senior Scientist and Chemist, focusing on designing novel compounds and organizing project data. Jim holds a Master of Science in Organic Chemistry from Iowa State University and a Bachelor of Science in Biochemistry from Benedictine University.
