Kleber Costa

Kleber Costa serves as the Chief Commercial Officer of AES Clean Energy at The AES Corporation, overseeing the US growth strategy and variable margin P&L of both renewables and conventional generation businesses while leading various operational and analytical teams. Additionally, Kleber Costa is a member of the Board Executive Committee at the American Clean Power Association. Previous experience includes serving as Senior Vice President at Noble Group, where power, oil, LNG, and natural gas transactions were originated and structured; Director at Deutsche Bank, managing strategies for energy and commodities across Latin America; Vice President at Citi, focusing on derivatives and hedging strategies; and Vice President at Lehman Brothers, specializing in North American energy origination. Earlier in the career, Kleber Costa was Director of Corporate Development and Pricing & Structuring at Duke Energy Corporation, contributing to significant mergers and acquisitions. Educational qualifications include an MBA from the University of Warwick and a BSE in Civil Engineering from Escola Politécnica da USP.
