Sean McBride

Sean McBride currently serves as General Counsel for AES Clean Energy at The AES Corporation, a position held since January 2021. Prior experience includes General Counsel for sPower since January 2012, Vice President and General Counsel at Renewable Energy Development Company from September 2010 to December 2011, and Associate General Counsel at Raser Technologies from December 2007 to September 2010. Additionally, Sean McBride worked as an Associate at Ballard Spahr LLP from May 2004 to December 2007. Educational credentials include a JD from the Sandra Day O’Connor College of Law at Arizona State University (2001-2004) and a BA in Economics from Brigham Young University (1994-2000).
