Ana Carolina Arrieta

Ana Carolina Arrieta is a civil engineer with extensive experience in project planning and control across various sectors. Currently serving as Líder de Planificación y Control at AESA since June 2023, Ana previously held the position of Project Control Manager at Wood and managed the PMO office at Trenes Argentinos Infraestructura, where responsibilities included financial analysis, contract tracking, and reporting on the recovery and improvement of the General Belgrano railway. Additional roles include cost control leadership at Tecna, management analysis at Vale, and project control engineering at Bureau Veritas. Ana's career also features cost management for projects with CH2M HILL and Techint, demonstrating a strong background in financial oversight, strategic reporting, and risk management.
