Jennifer Johnson

Jennifer Johnson is the CEO and Founder of Calibrate and Calibrate ID. Jennifer serves as a member of the North American Diversity Leadership Council with the Association of Executive Search and Leadership Consultants (AESC) and is a Fellow at the College of Law Practice Management. Jennifer is an active participant in the Legal Marketing Association, co-chairing the 2022 Annual Conference Committee and the Advocacy Committee. Additionally, Jennifer is a member of the Professional Development Consortium (PDC). Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science and Middle Eastern Studies from Baylor University and completed a Certificate of Completion in Inclusive Leadership from PDC and BCI in February 2023.
