Krista Jay

Krista Jay currently serves as the Head of Retail Merchandise at Aescape, a position held since August 2024. Prior to this role, Krista was the Director of Merchandising and Planning at Draper James from June 2022 to July 2024. Krista's extensive experience in the merchandising field includes significant positions at vineyard vines, where responsibilities encompassed roles from Assistant Merchandiser to Senior Merchandiser over an eight-year period. Krista's early career featured a temporary merchandising role at Tory Burch in early 2014, complemented by a merchandising internship at the same company from June 2011 to August 2013. Krista holds a Bachelor of Science in Fashion Merchandising, along with a Minor in Legal Studies from the University of Delaware.
