Ricky To

Ricky To is an accomplished tax professional with extensive experience in global tax management, currently serving as the Director of Tax for L’Oreal ANZ and Aesop Group since May 2019. In this role, Ricky To oversees all aspects of direct and indirect taxes for the Aesop Group, encompassing global tax compliance, international tax strategy, transfer pricing, mergers and acquisitions, and customs. Prior to joining Aesop, Ricky held senior tax positions at BHP, Vodafone, Barclays, Diageo, and Deloitte Australia, focusing on transfer pricing and tax efficiency strategies while navigating complex regulatory environments. Ricky To holds a Masters of Law from The University of Melbourne and dual degrees in Law and Commerce from Monash University.
