Vitoria Morais

Vitoria Morais is a highly skilled civil engineer with extensive experience in project management and engineering oversight. Currently serving as an Engenheira Fiscal at afaplan since August 2022, Vitoria focuses on the modernization of the Beira Alta railway. Prior roles include positions at Applus+, where responsibilities involved overseeing the modernization of the Oeste railway line, and a brief internship with Ayuntamiento Quinto de Ebro, contributing to urban housing inventory and planning under the Government of Aragon's housing plan. Vitoria's earlier experience includes engineering support roles at Novum Urbanismo and CMM Engenharia, where tasks encompassed project development, budgeting, and financial analysis. Vitoria holds a Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering from Unichristus and is pursuing both a Master's degree in Geotechnical and Environmental Engineering and a Doctorate in Civil Engineering at Universidade da Beira Interior.
