Joe Barton

Joe Barton is an experienced physiotherapist with a diverse background in sports rehabilitation and physiotherapy. Currently serving as the Lead Physiotherapist for AFC Bournemouth since June 2023, Joe previously held significant roles at Leicester Tigers as Medical Lead and Senior Physiotherapist from December 2017 to October 2023. Additional experience includes a position as Lead Academy Physiotherapist at Yorkshire Carnegie Rugby Union Club and 1st Team Physiotherapist at GREENWICH BOROUGH FC 2013 LTD. Joe also worked as an Academy Physiotherapist at Charlton Athletic Football Club. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Sports Physiotherapy from the University of Bath, alongside Bachelor's degrees in Sports and Exercise Rehabilitation from Coventry University and Physiotherapy from St. George's, University of London.
