Lise Leroy has extensive experience in the agricultural and social integration sectors, currently serving as chargée de développement at AFEJI since June 2017, where responsibilities include the development of a transformation workshop focusing on the commercialization and contractualization of products. Previously, as chargée de mission, Lise managed projects such as "légumerie du littoral," which involved the transformation and sale of organic, local produce. Furthermore, Lise has held roles as encadrante technique for a team producing organic fruits and vegetables and as responsable de la logistique d’approvisionnement at Terre d'Opale, overseeing logistics and commercial development for local organic products. Earlier experience includes an apprenticeship in guiding teams in the production of organic produce and numerous positions as an animatrice in various leisure centers. Lise holds several relevant educational qualifications, including a BPREA in biological market gardening and degrees in social economy and family counseling.
