Michal Nakash

Michal Nakash is an experienced Human Resources Manager with a robust background in managing recruitment processes, employee mobility, and training programs. Currently serving at Afeka Tel Aviv Academic College of Engineering since September 2024, Nakash previously held the same title at Delek from February 2019 to September 2024, achieving notable reductions in employee turnover and promoting staff advancement.
