Edward Young

Edward Young is a seasoned foodservice sales and culinary consultant at Affinity Group, where responsibilities include providing quality solutions and coordinating with distributors since October 2019. With over 15 years in the culinary and hospitality industry, Edward's previous roles include Executive Chef at Best Western Chocolate Lake Hotel and Sous Chef at Marriott International, where significant contributions included launching and developing the Harbourstone Sea Grill and Pour House. Prior experience encompasses work as a Second Cook at Fairmont Hotels & Resorts, where expertise spanned high-volume and fine dining cuisine. Edward holds a Culinary Arts Degree from the Culinary Institute of Canada, completed between 2002 and 2004.
