Jos Male

Jos Male is an experienced recruitment and HR professional with a strong background in talent acquisition and workforce planning. Currently serving as the Head of Resourcing and HR Operations at Affinity Water since August 2021, Jos is responsible for the strategic workforce plan, focusing on providing an excellent experience for candidates and hiring managers. Prior to this role, Jos held the position of Talent & Resourcing Manager at David Lloyd Clubs, where a significant reduction in hiring costs was achieved through a comprehensive talent acquisition strategy. With additional experience as a Talent Acquisition Partner and in various recruitment consultancy roles, Jos has demonstrated expertise in driving employer brand promotion and managing recruitment projects across multiple regions in Europe. Jos holds a Bachelor of Arts degree in Politics from Queen Mary University of London.
