Andrew Tipton

Andrew Tipton currently serves as Vice President of Industrial Asset Management at Affinius Capital since December 2018. Prior to this role, Andrew Tipton spent over 15 years at Newell Brands, progressing from Assistant Manager to Senior Real Estate Representative and ultimately Manager of Real Estate & Property, where responsibilities included real estate due diligence and transaction management across EMEA, APAC, and LATAM regions. Additional experience includes working as an independent consultant and as a Commercial Real Estate Appraiser at Cushman & Wakefield. Andrew Tipton holds a Bachelor of Business Administration in Finance and Real Estate from Southern Methodist University, completed in 1999.
