Paul Rizzardi

Paul Rizzardi is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in real estate and development. Currently serving as the Vice President of Real Estate at Affordable Care since January 2017, Paul has previously held senior roles at First Citizens Bank, including Senior Vice President and Manager of Development & Acquisition, as well as Vice President and Manager of Corporate Real Estate. Additional experience includes serving as Director of Mid-Atlantic Operations at Singh Development LLC and Director of Asset Management at Singh Management. Paul began their career as Manager of Land Acquisition and Entitlements at Singh Development LLC. Paul Rizzardi holds a Bachelor of Science and Bachelor of Urban Planning and Development in Urban Planning & Development/Economics from Ball State University, completed in 1992.
