Karrie du

Karrie Du, Pharm.D., currently serves as a Senior CMC Associate at AffyImmune Therapeutics, specializing in the clinical manufacturing of autologous CAR-T therapies using the Miltenyi Biotec CliniMACS Prodigy system, with a focus on compliance with GMP and cGMP regulations. Karrie has previous experience as a Research Associate, developing affinity-tuned CAR T cells for immunotherapy in Phase 1 clinical trials targeting thyroid cancer. Additional roles include membership with IVY, as well as pharmacy technician positions at Hannaford Supermarkets, and internships at West River Pharm, Inc., and Rite Aid Pharmacy. Karrie also held research assistant positions at Harvard University and Boston Children's Hospital, contributing to pre-clinical drug development and in vivo studies. Karrie holds a Bachelor of Arts in Biochemistry and Molecular Biology from Boston University and a Doctor of Pharmacy from the Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences.
