Shannon Faulk

Shannon Faulk is a seasoned legislative and political organizer with extensive experience advocating for federal employees, currently serving with AFGE since July 2015. Faulk has effectively mobilized legislative and political action programs across multiple states and developed innovative training initiatives. Previous roles include Mid-America Regional Field Coordinator for the National Association of Letter Carriers, where Faulk coordinated grassroots efforts for thousands of members, and various positions with Congressman Steve Driehaus, providing legislative correspondence and constituent services. Additionally, Faulk has experience in non-profit sectors and political campaigns. Currently pursuing an MBA at Peirce College, Faulk holds a BA in Political Science from Miami University.
