The American Federation of Government Employees (AFGE) is the largest federal union representing 670,000 federal government employees. Our members are the doctors, Border Patrol agents, scientists, correctional officers, nurses, and food inspectors who keep America healthy and safe.  

We believe America works, when people do. That's why we're on a mission to elevate the conversation our country is having about unions like AFGE; and in the process, better labor practices for all.

The Leadership Team at AFGE oversees the strategic direction and operations of the union, working to advocate for and protect the rights of federal government employees.
