Delphine Seigneur

Delphine SEIGNEUR is an accomplished human resources professional with extensive experience in various roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Responsable Ressources Humaines et Qualité de Vie au Travail at Afnic since July 2016, Delphine oversees the implementation of HR policies, recruitment, training, and employee relations. Previously, Delphine held the position of Responsable RH at Groupe BPCE, where oversight included the recruitment of 250 collaborators during a period of company growth. Delphine's career also includes a role at EDF as Chargée de mission, focusing on increasing CDI hiring and improving recruitment processes. Additionally, Delphine contributed to the development of organizational structure and performance at Groupe Crédit Mutuel - Créatis from 1997 to 2012. Delphine holds a Master 2 in Management des RH from the University of Lille 1.
