Nicolás de la Maza is an experienced professional in analytics and business intelligence, currently serving as Subgerente de Desarrollo de Negocios at AFP HABITAT since May 2020. Prior experience includes roles as Asesor de Mejoramiento del Gasto Público and Asesor de Estudios at the Ministry of Finance in Chile, along with significant contributions at the Harris School of Public Policy at the University of Chicago, where Nicolás worked as a Teaching Assistant and Research Assistant in various projects. Previous positions also include VP of Marketing and Communications for the Inter-Policy School Summit and Development Analyst at AFP HABITAT. Nicolás initiated a career as a Project Engineer at RiskAmerica and holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Chicago and a degree in Engineering from Pontificia Universidad Católica de Chile.
