Timo Hämäläinen

Timo Hämäläinen is a seasoned mechanical engineer with extensive experience in engineering management and product development. Currently serving as a Mechanical Engineer at Again since September 2024, Timo previously held the position of Head of Engineering at Carbo Culture, where leadership of a multidisciplinary engineering team was critical to establishing a biochar facility. Timo's prior roles include Chief Mechanical Engineer, Manager of Flotation Engineering at Metso Outotec, and Technical Product Manager at Outotec, where responsibilities ranged from overseeing engineering teams to enhancing flotation product designs. Timo's career began with design engineering roles at Alte Oy, Valtra Inc., and Elomatic, complemented by educational achievements including a Master of Science in Mechanical Engineering from Aalto University and a Bachelor of Engineering from JAMK University of Applied Sciences.
