Noga Perry

Noga Perry is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in the innovation and investment sectors. Currently serving as Managing Partner at Israel Innovation Partners since June 2015, Noga brings expertise in identifying investment opportunities within the Israel Innovation ecosystem. Noga also contributes as a Mentor for the Israel Venture Network, focusing on supporting impact businesses for marginalized communities in Israel. Additional roles include Board Member at Agamon and former positions such as Advisor at Maayan Ventures Ltd and Executive Board Member at Mximo. Notably, Noga co-founded and served as CEO of eLoomina, an emerging technology company focused on reducing internal fraud through advanced algorithms and AI. Previous experience includes a Vice President role at Salesforce.com, overseeing R&D and operations in Israel, and earlier positions in various organizations. Noga holds a Bachelor of Science in Mathematics and Computer Science from Tel Aviv University.
