Greg McNee

Greg McNee is an experienced technology executive with a robust background in software development, testing, and customer experience. Since December 2011, Greg has held the position of Vice President of Customer Experience at SMART Technologies, overseeing multiple departments including Customer Success and Global Education Services. Prior roles include Senior Director of Software Development, where Greg led a team of over 120 engineers, and Director of Test Development, managing a global organization responsible for company-wide testing efforts. Greg’s career began in quality assurance roles at companies such as Cognos and Entrust, culminating in leadership positions focused on software verification and development. Greg holds a degree from Carleton University.
