Marcelo Ferreira Lima has extensive experience in agronomic and technical management within the agricultural sector, currently serving as Technical Manager Brazil at AgBiTech Brasil since November 2016. Previously, Marcelo held various roles at Bayer CropScience from 2010 to 2016, including positions as Agronomic Development Manager and Technical Research Assistant, focusing on efficacy trials of pesticides across multiple crops. Marcelo's early career included research internships at Instituto Agronomico de Campinas and Gravena Ltda., where responsibilities involved conducting experiments on cotton cultivars and pesticide residue analysis.
