Rafal Napierala

Rafal Napierala is an experienced project manager currently employed at AGC Biologics since September 2022. Previously, from November 2011 to November 2022, Rafal held multiple leadership roles at Tentamus Pharma & Med Deutschland GmbH, including Head of Microbiology, Chief Technical Officer, and Technical Laboratory Manager, overseeing various laboratories and managing projects in microbiology and molecular biology. Responsibilities included study design, consultancy in bacteriophage contaminations, business development, and ensuring laboratory technical infrastructure. Earlier experience includes serving as Head of DNA Analytics and Bacteriophage Research, where expertise in project management and qPCR assay development was applied. Initial experience includes an internship at MicroMol GmbH focusing on avian gut cell line development. Rafal obtained a Master of Science degree in Biotechnology from Uniwersytet Przyrodniczy w Poznaniu in 2011.
