Nitin Shetty

Nitin Shetty possesses extensive experience in digital innovation and project management within the insurance and service sectors. Currently serving as Head of Digital at Ageas Federal Life Insurance, Nitin is responsible for driving the implementation of digital projects across the value chain. Previously, as Head of Innovation at VFS Global, Nitin established a digital Innovation lab and developed new products to generate revenue. Nitin's tenure at HDFC ERGO General Insurance included roles as Vice President and Assistant Vice President, focusing on digital transformation initiatives such as chatbots, automation, and process redesign. Earlier experience includes positions at Tata AIG, Wipro BPO, and Dess Technologies, emphasizing operations management and technical support. Nitin holds a Master in Management Studies with a specialization in Marketing from NLDIMSR and a Bachelor of Science in Physics from R. D. National College.
