Victoria Pearson

Victoria Pearson has extensive experience in quality assurance and testing, currently serving as Head of QA & Testing at Ageas UK since December 2019. Prior to this role, Victoria held multiple leadership positions at SQC Technology Ltd from October 2016 to December 2019, including Director and Head of Test & QA. At Barclays UK, from July 2013 to September 2016, Victoria was the Director and Head of Testing and QA. Victoria's career also includes a role as Director of End to End Testing at BT from November 2005 to June 2013, as well as serving as Head of the Global Investment Banking Testing Centre of Excellence at HSBC from January 1996 to November 2005.
