Adeline Clais

Adeline Clais has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as Adjointe au DRH and Responsable de projets RH at Agefiph since November 2017. In this role, Adeline oversees the implementation of a new health insurance scheme and the establishment of personnel administration and payroll procedures, along with coordinating a team of three. Previously, Adeline held the position of DRH adjointe at Plaine Commune Habitat from June 2011 to October 2017, managing a team of ten and driving strategic HR initiatives while enhancing internal processes and promoting wellbeing initiatives. Adeline's professional journey includes roles as Responsable Pôle Social at Christal Audit, Gestionnaire RH and Contrôleur Interne at Val d'Oise Habitat, and Collaboratrice Comptable at FIDECI. Adeline holds a Master 2 in Human Resources Management from IGS as well as degrees in accounting and finance from ESIA and Lycée Georges Braques.
