Tara Kavanaugh

Tara Kavanaugh is an experienced nurse practitioner currently serving at AgelessRx since November 2023 and OpenLoop since July 2022, specializing in family health care. Tara has a strong academic background as a professor at Holyoke Community College since August 2011, instructing various nursing courses and serving as a clinical instructor. Previous roles include providing direct patient care at Wheel, Favor, and UAMS, where forensic evidence collection was also performed. Tara has held clinical positions at MinuteClinic and Tapestry Health, in addition to adjunct faculty roles at Massachusetts College of Pharmacy and Health Sciences and Westfield State University. Educational credentials include a DNP from the University of Massachusetts Amherst and multiple advanced nursing certifications, and Tara is pursuing a Post Master's Certificate in Psychiatric/Mental Health Nursing.
