Sharon Hickman is a seasoned executive in the healthcare sector, currently serving as Chief Operating Officer and Co-Founder at Adaptient, LLC, and SVP, Partner Programs & Chief Transformation Officer at GlideNet Healthcare. With a strong focus on operational excellence, transformation, and healthcare optimization, Sharon also contributes as an Instructor at Auburn University and as a member of the National Advisory Council for the Agency for Healthcare Research and Quality. As the Founding Principal and President of ChangeZen Consulting, Sharon specializes in strategic consulting, coaching, and large-scale transformation. Sharon's extensive experience includes leadership roles at Prisma Health and HCA Healthcare, supported by a Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering from Auburn University and an MBA in Healthcare Management from Western Governors University.
