Marleen Van Praet is an experienced continuous improvement professional with a diverse background in finance and operational excellence. Currently serving as Continuous Improvement Manager at Agfa since December 2024 and the owner of Most Valuable Projects since December 2016, Marleen has previously held significant roles such as Continuous Improvement Manager at Primagaz Belgium NV and Continuous Process Improvement Lead at The Janssen Pharmaceutical Companies of Johnson & Johnson. Marleen's career spans a variety of positions, including Project Manager Tank Maintenance and Finance Controller, with extensive experience at Primagaz Belgium NV and other organizations.
