Dhananjay Gaike

Dhananjay Gaike is an experienced professional with a strong background in sales, business development, and strategic management across various industries, including power, cooling, heating, and pharmaceutical sectors. Currently serving as Sector Lead-India at Aggreko since April 2014, Dhananjay focuses on managing sectoral growth and building relationships with senior management in Global Accounts. Previous roles include Regional Manager and Territory Sales Manager at Aggreko, Area Sales Manager at Xylem Inc., and Assistant Manager at A.T.E. Enterprises Pvt. Ltd. Dhananjay began the career in operations with TBSP and holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical from Jawaharlal Nehru Engineering College, along with an Advanced Course in CAD from Indo-German Tool Room. Currently, Dhananjay is pursuing a degree in Leadership and Change Management at the Indian Institute of Management, Indore.
