Maik van Vugt is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in go-to-market strategies and international expansion across various companies. Since June 2024, Maik has been with Agicap, focusing on launching and scaling Accounts Payable Automations and AI solutions. Prior to this, Maik contributed to Moss as the International Expansion lead, enhancing company spending solutions, and led global expansion strategies at CANDIS. Maik's previous roles include Head of Partnerships and Growth at CareerTeam, where growth in team size and market presence was achieved, as well as leading market entry strategies at Right People Group. Earlier positions involved growth hacking at Cocoon, which resulted in significant user engagement increases, and co-founding DutchProof, addressing practical consumer needs. Maik holds a Master of Science in Business and Economics and a Bachelor in Business Administration, complemented by international study experience in Sport and Exercise Psychology.
