Derek Tao

Derek Tao, PT, DPT, OCS, CSCS, is an experienced Physical Therapist currently working at Agile Physical Therapy, Inc. since April 2022. Previously, Derek completed an Orthopedic Physical Therapy Residency at the University of California, San Francisco from September 2020 to August 2021, where responsibilities included evaluating and treating patients with various orthopedic conditions and communicating with referring providers. Prior experience includes working as an Academic Technical Support Advisor at the University of Colorado Colorado Springs from January 2016 to March 2017. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Physical Therapy from the University of California, San Francisco (2017-2020) and a Bachelor of Science in Health Care Science from the University of Colorado Colorado Springs (2013-2017).
