Carlos Felix

Carlos Felix serves as a Technical Architect at Agile Six since June 2019, leading critical projects such as the Open-Source ReportStream for the CDC and modernizing the CMS State Plan amendment process. Previously, Carlos was a Lead Software Engineer at Katmai Government Services, achieving notable success with the DoD JPEO GARDIC Program. Earlier experience at Harris Corporation included roles as Chief Software Engineer for FAA's CSS-Wx program and leading R&D initiatives to advance Service Oriented Architecture. Carlos holds a Master of Science in Computer Software Engineering and a Bachelor of Science in Computer Engineering, both from the University of Central Florida.
