Melissa Banzon Greenwood is an experienced professional with a diverse background in customer service and procurement. Currently serving as Team Manager, Team Leader, and previously as a Customer Service Advisor at Agilisys since June 2019, Melissa has developed strong leadership and customer service skills. Prior to this, from March 2008 to June 2019, Melissa worked at AL AWAEL GROUP in Ras Al Khaimah, UAE, as a Procurement Officer and Procurement Assistant/Transport Secretary, where key responsibilities included negotiating supplier terms, preparing local purchase orders, and coordinating material deliveries with project teams.
