Ken Rubin

Ken is a Board Member and co-founder of Agilitas Energy and is a co-founder and Managing Partner of Madbury Capital, the private equity affiliate of Agilitas Energy. Ken is on the Executive and Investment committees and focuses on strategy, corporate culture, team, and leadership development. Ken also serves as Executive Sponsor for key stakeholder relationships with investors, municipalities, regulatory agencies, utilities, clients, tenants, and partners.

Previously, Ken held a series of senior-executive roles over a 25-year career with Iron Mountain, including Chief Marketing Officer, Managing Director of Iron Mountain’s consulting subsidiary, Senior Vice President of Strategic Alliances and Business Development, and Senior Vice President and General Manager of the company’s $400 million healthcare storage business.
