Ngwana Nchungong is a seasoned finance and investment professional with an impressive background in leadership roles across multiple organizations. Currently serving as Finance and Investment Head at Agility since March 2021, Nchungong oversees multimillion-dollar operations, managing both traditional and alternative investment funds. Previously, Nchungong held the position of Head of Finance at ofi, focusing on cost efficiencies and capital productivity, and was Finance Manager at Olam, where responsibilities included managing a high-performing finance team and leveraging technology for process automation. Additional experience includes serving as Finance Head at Cargo Management Services B.V., with a strong emphasis on working capital management. Nchungong holds both ACCA and CFA Level 3 qualifications and has a B.Sc. in Accounting from the University of Buea.
