Allison Ellison

Allison Ellison currently serves as Chief of Staff at Agilix Health and as a Lecturer at the University of Arkansas - Sam M. Walton College of Business. Prior experience includes roles such as Chief Human Resources Officer at Avēsis Incorporated, Vice President of Strategic Initiatives at BioIQ, and various leadership positions at Walmart, including Senior Director II for Walmart Health. Allison has also worked as Director of Support Services and Operations at the National Institute for Excellence in Teaching, where leadership was provided to both onsite and remote teams, and as Executive Assistant to the Dean & Associate Provost at the University of Arkansas. Prior experience includes serving as Vice President of Operations & Business Development at EWI, Inc. Education includes a Master’s in Workforce Development and a Bachelor’s in Elementary Education from the University of Arkansas, along with ongoing doctoral studies.
